Self Directing Your Retirement Plans (SDRPs)

Since IRAs (Individual Retirement Accounts) were authorized for individual citizens to establish their own individual plans outside of their employer. In 1982, retirement plans have been available that you could SELF - DIRECT and purchase almost anything with them: anything except life insurance, collectibles and currencies.

With a self-directed IRA, you can invest your retirement funds when, where, and how you want, including mortgages and real estate.  It is wise to diversify ones holdings, as the saying goes, and knowledge of real estate can give you the certainty you need to proceed in different kinds of real estate investments, whether they be backing up a mortgage loan, buying a single family house or condo, multi family cash flow apartment buildings, raw land development... and so much more...like loaning the money out privately to potential Nouveau Riche students- and return the payments to your retirement plan!

As we KNOW, self directing our own money means we need to know what we are doing. Real estate has no ceiling to how much money one can make in the blink of an eye... and real estate has no floor... and you can lose with the same lightning speed... it's the knowledge that you have that makes the difference in your investment decisions.

We won't go into detail here. That is not the point of this page.  The point of this page is to point out that you can direct your retirement monies in so many ways...  and to have YOU contact US... for a FREE personal consultation  (808) 874-5900
